You are not alone.

The pandemic is overwhelming and it impacts everyone in big and small ways. Many, if not most, Americans are feeling deepened anxiety, loneliness, and uncertainty about the future, all of which takes a heavy toll on daily life.  Vermonters are no exception.

You are not alone. You can call 2-1-1 to find helpful resources in your community. COVID Support VT is a new resource to help alleviate the emotional impacts of COVID-19. We offer self-help tips, wellness resources, and a way to connect to existing mental health and community services here.

We also have printed and electronic educational and self-help materials on how to manage stress, reduce anxiety, and develop positive coping strategies that we would love to share with you and your community members.

Please fill out this Google Form to tell us which materials you prefer and that will work best to reach your community members.

In the fall, we will have 3 crisis counselors available to work with Vermonters to provide short-term mental health interventions in order to support resiliency, refer people to longer-term emotional supports if needed, and connect them to existing community organizations and services.

Finding help can be tough, but you are not alone. Visit COVID Support VT.

You can do this and we can help.
