COVID Recovery: Wellness Through Meditation | Every other Friday beginning October 1st

Are you interested in developing healthy practices to improve your mental, emotional and physical well-being while managing the pandemic? Research has consistently supported the benefits of meditation in regard to many different aspects of life and wellness. Join us for this one hour workshop to explore different meditation techniques that may be helpful for you in your own wellness journey. Facilitators will lead guided meditations, provide support, encouragement and opportunities for interaction to promote wellness and recovery through meditation.

Do you find art and creative projects to be a helpful outlet for managing stress? Would you like to learn some simple ways to practice art in your daily life as a way to practice wellness?

Many people report artistic and creative activities to be beneficial for their mental, emotional and even physical wellness.

Join COVID Support VT staff and special guest facilitator, Jen Berger, for a unique workshop on exploring wellness through art. No prior experience or special materials needed! Guidance and encouragement will be provided for individuals interested in finding creative ways to practice wellness during the COVID 19 pandemic.

Jen Berger, the founder and owner of At the Root, comes from 20+ years of working in social movements and creative practices. She has networks throughout the state of Vermont, as well as being connected to social justice networks throughout the country.
